Dialysis Transportation in Madison & Dane County
Standing rides to dialysis three times a week, with a return trip timed to your usual treatment length and the same driver whenever possible. Door-through-door assistance on every ride.
Request a RideWhy dialysis patients choose a dedicated NEMT provider
Dialysis is not a one-time trip. It is a standing schedule, usually three days a week, for months or years. A dedicated non-emergency medical transportation provider understands that rhythm and plans around it, so you are not rearranging a ride every single day.
We keep the same driver on your route whenever we can, so the person at your door is someone you know. We time the return pickup to your treatment length, and we are ready if a session runs long. See how this fits into our broader NEMT services.

How standing dialysis schedules work with us
You tell us your treatment days, your center, and your usual treatment length. We build a standing schedule with a fixed pickup window for each day. You get a confirmation for every trip, and we assign the same driver to your route whenever possible.
If your schedule changes, a treatment runs long, or you need to reschedule, one call to us handles it. See our pricing and payment options for how rides are billed.

What if my dialysis treatment runs long?
Tell us your usual treatment length when you book and we plan the return ride around it. If a session runs over, call us and we adjust the pickup. For standing schedules, we build in a buffer so you are never left waiting.
Can a family member ride with me?
Yes. A family member or caregiver can ride along at no extra charge when there is a seat available. Many dialysis patients bring a companion for the ride home after treatment.
What if I feel unwell after treatment?
Our drivers are trained in passenger assistance but are not medical providers. If you feel unwell, we will call your dialysis center or 911 as needed before we move you. Your safety comes first.

Will I get the same driver each time?
Whenever possible, yes. For standing dialysis schedules we assign the same driver so it stops feeling like a stranger every time. When a substitute is needed, we brief them on your routine.
