Wheels for Wellness collects only the information needed to arrange and provide your non-emergency medical transportation, whether you ride in a wheelchair, on a stretcher, or as an ambulatory passenger. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you request a ride or set up an account, we may collect:

• Your name, phone number, and email address.
• The passenger's name, if different from the requester.
• Pickup and destination addresses.
• Appointment date and time, and whether a return trip is needed.
• Wheelchair type and how the ride will be paid for.
• Any notes you share about what the driver should know.

How we use your information

We use your information to schedule and confirm trips, coordinate with drivers and facilities, process payment, and communicate with you about your ride.

Text messages

If you consent to trip confirmation texts, we send only messages related to your scheduled rides. See our SMS Texting Policy for details. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

How we protect your information

We limit access to your information to staff who need it to provide your ride. We do not sell your information to third parties.
